All bookings are normally taken on a
Saturday-to-Saturday basis

Bed linen and towels are provided and are included in the
price.

Reasonable use of electricity and central heating oil is included in the price.

1 small well-behaved dog is allowed with prior consent -
extra charge £25 per week.

A deposit of £50.00 requires
to be sent with the Booking Form, with the balance payable one month before
commencement of let.

Payment
in full is required at the time of booking if there is less than 1 month remaining until the start of your holiday.

In addition, a security deposit of £100.00 requires
to be paid one month before the let which will be fully refunded within
two weeks of departure, provided there are no damages/breakages and the
house is left in a satisfactory condition.

In the
event of cancellation, payments (other than the deposit) will be
refunded only if we are successful in re-letting the week(s) you
have booked. It is therefore wise to effect appropriate holiday
cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation insurance is not included with your booking but your
insurance company or insurance broker should be able to assist in
arranging this cover.

In order
to place a booking, we require a completed Booking Form together with
the appropriate payment by cheque.

We regret
that, as a small business, we are unable to accept payment by credit or
debit card. However, most credit card companies now offer the facility
of credit card cheques and you could certainly use one of those to pay
for your holiday.

require. If you wish to proceed with a booking, we will forward a Booking form by
