The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a family room (double bed
+ single bed) and a twin room.

The maximum number of persons
to be in residence is five unless otherwise agreed.

The property has full oil-fired central heating
throughout.

There are 2 WCs, one of which is in the downstairs
cloakroom. The other is in the bathroom upstairs.

Bed linen and towels are provided and are included in our
prices.

Reasonable use of electricity and central heating oil is included in the price.

There is ample car parking in the driveway.

There are
bicycles available for guests' use. These are stored in the garage to the
property.

In the
garage there is also a table tennis table which guests are very welcome to
use.

Groceries may be ordered in
advance if required. The Post Office/General Store in the village is only
500yds. away.

The house is available most
of the year and is let normally by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Other
arrangements may however be possible by prior arrangement and subject to
availability.

Guests should leave the property
and all equipment/utensils clean and tidy at the end of their stay. We pride
ourselves on the standard of cleanliness and you will find the house to
be in spotless condition on your arrival.

Guests are asked not to smoke
in the house.

We will
allow 1 small
well-behaved dog with prior consent - extra charge £25 per
week.

The owners accept no liability
whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property, including
motor vehicles and contents, whilst in or around the property.

A deposit of £50.00 requires
to be sent with the Booking Form, with the balance payable one month before
commencement of let.

In addition a security deposit of £100.00 requires
to be paid one month before the let which will be fully refunded within
two weeks of departure, provided there are no damages/breakages and the
house is left in a satisfactory condition.
